Directions for Use:

• Open the bag by hand (do not cut with scissors). Remove the Heat Therapy Patches and peel off the covering layer, and attach it to the outer layer of the underwear that needs heating or hot compressing
• Up to 8 hours of heat plus an additional 4 hours of pain relief once the product is removed. Actual duration depends on usage and storage conditions

Precautions:

• Do not use in one area for more than 12 hours
