Customer Satisfaction is what we believe in. But in any case if you are eligible for a refund we will bank transfer the amount into your account. If you received the wrong product we will happily replace it without any additional delivery charges. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
