How to Use:

• Use a pea-sized amount for the whole face
• Dab on the face firmly (don’t rub)
• Protect the sensitive areas of your face (eye corners) while applying

1st month:

• Start with every 2nd night with the “Starter” Retinol (0.5%)
• And in the day you skip Retinol, apply a light oil (Moxie’s beauty blend oil is recommended)

2nd month:

• Apply "Starter" Retinol every night 

3rd month:

• Shift from "Starter" to “Pro” Retinol (1.5%) and use 4-5 times a week at night

5th month:

• Shift from "Pro" to “Surge” Retinol (3%) and use 3-4 times a week at night

Avoid:

• Don't apply in excess.
• Don't get aggressive in the beginning
• Don't overdo, be modest in applying.

• When using Retinol always protect your face from the Sun with a Sun Block as the skin is very sensitive  
• Takes time to heal the skin (3-6 months) and produces lifetime results
• It is normal to develop itchiness, redness & breakout. Takes time to adjust to your skin as it's very powerful and the skin starts to react. Don’t worry and take a break for 3 days from using it and then continue using it.
• Side effects are actually part of the process as it takes couple of weeks to adjust into the routine.
